I am no expert in the subject of water. But I am fascinated by what I am reading and learning. I want to share it with you. This is what I have put together so far. Let's start with the basics.

Quackery? Probably. But Maybe Not? 

The idea that water has special properties or a so-called fourth phase is controversial. It has been "debunked" and those who support it have been labeled quacks and dangerous.

Here's what I think. There is something special about water. And maybe the mystic is enough to bring a new perspective to respect to this living giving compound.
